The Baccarat tower is a 605-foot mixed use building located on 53rd Street and Fifth Avenue in
New York City, directly across the Museum of Modern Art. The program consists of an exclusive
condominium, a luxury hotel, and a public library facility.

The residential and hotel components of the tower are flanked by a solid frame on the east and
west elevations, providing the main structure of the building and contrasting with the openness
and transparency of the north and south facades. The tower commands outstanding city views of
Manhattan landmarks including Central Park, Empire State Building and the Museum of Modern Art.

Heintges provided building envelope consulting services during all phases of design and construction,
including NYC Special Inspections.

The Baccarat Hotel and Residences exhibits its elegance and luxury in the tower podium where
guests and residents have access to a variety of distinct amenities: bars, event spaces, lounges and
a world class spa and fitness center.
